Click into Manager- Sales

Click on the sale you wish to void ONCE and click on VOID down the bottom of the screen. A Prompt will appear, write in the reason you are voiding and click OK

You can see below the Voided Sale has turned Grey 

If you click on the voided sale, the Reason for the Void will appear for you clearly.
