If a client requests a receipt from you after they have left the salon you can do so by emailing them a copy straight from the Phorest software.
To do this simply follow the instructions below.
Go to Manager > Sales from within your Phorest software.
Once you have accessed this section you will see the below screen.
You now need to locate the sale the client has requested a receipt for. When you select a sale by single clicking it will highlight as shown above.
When you have your sale highlighted select the Receipt option from the bottom panel as shown above.
The following pop up menu will then appear to you.
You can now choose the Email option to send a copy of this receipt to the client.
If no email exists on the client card, you will be prompted to enter one.
NOTE: Please ensure you go to the client card afterwards to make sure the consent boxes for reminders and marketing are ticked as per the client's consent, as this email address will now be automatically entered onto their client form.
