    How do I make collecting a client's email address or mobile number mandatory?

    Follow these steps If you would like to make it compulsory for your team to collect email addresses or phone numbers when adding clients to Phorest.

    Step-by-step guide

    1.  Go to Manager, then Settings


    2. In the General tab, select Client Setup and under New Client Details choose preferred options when setting up a new client. Click Save at the top of the screen to save your settings.


    You should also consider turning on Email Receipts to help collect more email addresses.
