    How do I change the colour of the appointments for new clients?

    You can make all first visits a different colour to make sure everyone knows this is their first time in the salon. You can also let this colour last for the first 2 or 3 visits if you want. 

    Step-by-step guide

    • Go to Manager, then Settings


    • In the General Tab, select Appointments Setup and then Show Advanced Options


    • Here you can select the number of appointments you want this special colour to appear for from the clients first visit.                                                                                                                                            
    • Click Save at the top of this page to save your changes. 

     

    New Appointments also show up with a yellow star.
