To view this report click on Manager> Reports> Additional Reports.

Click on Products, highlight the Product Usage Details report (2), select the dates or staff (3).  Click the Generate Now button (4.)

The report will then run displaying the Date product was scanned out, the product Type (R = Retail, P = Professional and C = Color), the Product Category,Product Brand, Product name and Quantity. Below is an example:
