When constructing marketing campaigns for your business, you will find that certain campaigns may be more successful than others and you may wish to run them again periodically or you may have a set type of campaign that you run on a regular basis. For such campaigns, you can set up templates that can quickly and easily be selected to send without having to construct the campaign from scratch each time!

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to the marketing tab and click on Templates and Filters at the bottom left of the screen.
   
2. Click on the SMS Templates button.
   
   
   
3. Here you will see a list of existing SMS Templates already on your Phorest system. To create a new Template, simply click the Add Button.
   
   
4. Give your template a name and begin composing as you would any other SMS campaign.
   
   
5. When you are happy with your new template, click Save.
   
   
6. When you wish to include your template in an SMS campaign, simply go to your SMS composition screen and select from the Templates drop-down menu.
