Sometimes you will want to apply a flat discount such as $10 or £5 instead of a percentage. 

Step-by-step guide

1. In the purchase screen before paying off the purchase - select the item you wish to apply a flat discount on
   
   
2. Select Discount by pressing on the plus symbol (shown as item 1. in the screen shot below)
   
   
3. Tap on the down arrow next to the word Percentage (2.) and you will see a set of options - choose Amount (3.)
   
4. Now enter the amount of your discount - e.g. 5 and tap OK
   
   
5. Finish paying for the client visit as normal.
