    How do I send an alert to self employed staff that an appointment has been made for them?

    If you have people working in your salon who only come in if there is an appointment for them, then Phorest can alert the people when an appointment is made.

    Step-by-step guide

    1. Go to Manager, then Staff Members.

    2. Select a Staff Member and tap the Self-Employed tab

    3. Check the box that says Send an SMS or Email confirmation on new appointment, and click Save


    You could also give the person access to their own column on the Salon's calendar with the Phorest Go app.
