When booking in appointments, Phorest will remember up to the last 5 client names entered since the system was last restarted.

Lisa Brooks was the last client booked on the appointment screen.

If you then start another appointment, under the clients Name section, press the "Down arrow" button on your keyboard

This will bring up the last 5 most recent clients you interacted with by booking an appointment.

You can then click on their name or hit enter to select them again.
