After an appointment is made, you can print off a reminder on the receipt printer instead of writing an appointment card. Remember that your next appointment appears on the bottom of the receipt you get after paying for their current visit.
Step-by-step guide
1. In the Create Appointment screen tap More at the bottom
2. Tap Print
3. Tap Appointment Reminder
Don't forget that the software will email an appointment confirmation to the client if you have the client's email address.
