    Set a service to require a patch test

    This will need to be done for all services which require a patch test

    Step-by-step guide

     

    1. Click on Manager > services




    2. Highlight the service that requires a patch test (as shown in point 1. below) , and click edit at the bottom of the screen (2.)



    3. Click on the Advanced tab at the top of the page



    4. Click the box for Requires Patch Test (1.) and click Save (2.)



    5. Now when you book this service in, you will be prompted that this service requires a patch test:



    6. You can edit the default length for a patch test by clicking Manager > Settings



    7. Select General Settings


    8. Simply change the figure in the box Default Patch Test Expiry (note it is set to months), and hit Save (as shown in points 1. and 2. below)
