It is possible to reprint receipts from any previous transactions in Phorest. These can be reprinted on the Receipt Printer, an A4 Printer or as an email (if the recipient's email is stored in the client card, and consent has been given) If no email address is stored, the system will prompt for you to enter an email.
Go to Manager > Sales.
Select the sale from the list and click 'Receipt'
Choose the relevant option - 'Print' (receipt printer), 'Print A4' or 'Email'.
NOTE: If the client in question has requested an email reprint but does not have their email address stored in their client card, then the system will prompt you to enter one:
A confirmation message will then be shown. This email address will now be stored in the client card.
