This report shows the value of outstanding gift cards/vouchers which have been sold but not cashed in and redeemed for goods and/or services. 

To access this report, go to: Manager > Reports > Return to Old Reports

Then Click on Vouchers, and highlight the Voucher Totals Report (2). Select your start and end dates for the report (3) and finally click the Generate Now button (4.)

The report will then run, see the example below.  

This report will then show a summary of all the vouchers sold, used, and outstanding.

Voucher Totals Report

This report shows the status of all the gift cards/vouchers during the selected period of time.

Total Vouchers Outstanding at Start Date

Total Vouchers Outstanding at Start Date: is the total number of gift cards/vouchers with a balance amount greater than zero at the beginning of the selected period. Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Vouchers Sold

This section shows the total number and the amount of gift cards/vouchers sold during the selected period of time.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Vouchers Topped Up

This shows the total number and the amount of gift cards/vouchers topped up during the selected period of time.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Total Vouchers Sold

The total amount of gift cards/vouchers sold and topped up during the selected period of time.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Vouchers Added Manually

This section shows the total number and the amount of gift cards/vouchers manually added.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Vouchers Discount

Shows the number of gift cards/vouchers with discounts and the total amount for the discounts given.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Total Vouchers Sold and Added Manually

This is the total number and the amount of all the gift cards/vouchers sold, topped up and added manually in the given time period.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Vouchers Used

This is the total number and the amount of all the gift cards/vouchers used within the given time period.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Vouchers Expired before the Period

This is the total number and the amount of all the gift cards/vouchers that expired before the given time period.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.

Vouchers Expired in the Period

This is the total number and the amount of all the gift cards/vouchers expired during the given time period.
Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers  are excluded.

Total Vouchers Outstanding at the End Date

Total Vouchers Outstanding at the End Date: is the total amount for all gift cards/vouchers  at the end of the given time period. Archived and deleted gift cards/vouchers are excluded.
