    How to schedule the rebooking reminder SMS?

    This article will outline how you can enable and control the rebooking sms that can be scheduled to send from within the Phorest system

    This feature will allow you to schedule a gentle reminder to all those clients who failed to book their next appointment on the day of their last visit.

    You will now have more options than ever for sending the rebooking reminder SMS. Choose from 24, 48 and 72 hour in addition to our Predicted Date option.

    To update your rebooking sms settings simply go to Marketing > Reminders and select the Rebook SMS tab.

    Here you will see a drop down menu that will allow you to select your preferred timeframe. Don't forget to select Save to confirm the changes made.



    The Predicted Time option determines the best time to send the rebooking message to your client by using machine learning from our Client Reconnect feature. This will typically be 5 days before the clients at risk date

    Note : The predicted time option is set as the default setting
