You can make all first visits a different colour to make sure everyone knows this is their first time in the salon. You can also let this colour last for the first 2 or 3 visits if you want. 

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to Manager, then Settings
   
   
2. Go to General Settings and select the Appointments tab
   
   
3. At the top of the screen, enter the number of appointments you want this special colour to appear for from the clients first visit.
   
   
4. Tap Save 

New Appointments also show up with a yellow star.
