On your appointment screen you will notice a series of icons appear on your appointments. These icons represent different aspects of a client and their appointment information. 

To access the full list of icons and what they mean simply go to your Appointments screen and click on the 'Legend' view at the top of the screen.

Once selected you will get a pop up of every icon and its corresponding information.
