This report is designed to highlight your salons overall retention rate and then also gives the individual retention rates of your staff members

1. This report can be found in Manager>reports>staff>cline retention. Enter the dates you want to compare. It will show you what clients have visited salon from the first date range and returned in the second date range. 

2. Overall: This will tell you the overall clients you had in the first date range, then showed who returned, non-returning and the percentage of returning clients.

3. Existing clients: This will tell you the existing clients you had in the first date range, then showed who returned, non-returning and the percentage of returning clients.

4. New clients: This will tell you the new clients you had in the first date range, then showed who returned, non-returning and the percentage of returning clients.
