Bulk Archiving is a way to easily archive a bunch of clients at once who no longer come into the salon. It is a good way to clean up your database so you are no longer using resources to contact clients who are no longer regular visitors. 

Head into Clients - Bulk Archive

This will prompt you with the following options to choose from:

Depending on what option you choose from it will archive clients whose last visit was either 2 or more years ago, 1 year or 6 months. 

You can also choose the ones who have incomplete data such as phone numbers and Emails on their card. Once you are sure with the number of clients you can press "Archive".
