    How do I put in a gap or recovery time for staff between each online booking?

    This is for salons who want to ensure a recovery time between services but don't want clients to know about it. 


    Manager then Services 

    Select the service you want to amend by clicking on the service name. 


    Under the Details tab select the "Duration". If it is a 45 minute service and you need a 15 minute recovery time, enter 60.

     


    Change the Online Duration minutes to the length of time the client will be in the chair. In this example it will be 45 minutes


    The client will see 45 minutes when booking online. However, when the appointment is booked into the Phorest appointment screen it will take up 60 mins allowing the staff member 15 mins recovery time.
