    Online Bookings Report

    This report shows the number of Online Bookings, No Shows and Cancellations between two selected dates

    This report shows the number of Online Bookings, No Shows and Cancellations between two selected dates.

    The list of Appointments shows the treatments booked online and then paid between the two selected dates, services that actually generated revenue.

    The lists of No Shows and Cancellations show the treatments booked between the two selected dates but that didn't generate any revenue because the customer didn't show up or because the appointment has been cancelled.

    The No Shows breakdown will indicate the Payment Status of the appointment. If you charge the client for a no show the Payment Status will show as Pending if the charge failed the status will show Payment Failed and if the appointment hasn't been charged yet the status will show Not Charged

    To view this report you go to Manager > Reports > Return to Old Reports > Clients > Online Bookings

     

    Overview

    • Number of Services Booked Online

      This shows the number of individual treatments booked.
    • Value of Online Bookings

      This shows the Gross Amount generated by booked treatments paid between the two selected dates, when the revenue was actually generated.
    • Number of Online New Clients

      This shows the number of distinct clients that paid one or more online booked treatment for the first time between the two selected date.
    • Value of Online New Clients

      This shows the revenue (Gross Amount) generated by distinct clients that paid one or more online booked treatment for the first time between the two selected date.
    • Number of Clients rebooking online

      This shows the number of clients that booked online treatments more than once and paid them in the given period of time.
    • Value of Clients rebooking online

      This is the Gross Amount generated by clients that booked online treatments more than once and paid them in the given period of time.
    • Number of Online No Shows

      This shows the number of treatments booked online where the customer didn't actually show up.
    • Value of Online No Shows

      This shows the lost revenue caused by treatments booked online where the customer didn't actually show up. This is the Gross Amount corresponding to the value of the service at the time of the booking.
    • Value of Charged Online No Shows

             This shows value of charged online No Shows which includes VAT and will be transferred to the salon.                Please note the transfer methods may differ depending on which country your salon operates from.
