The value of future appointments is designed to show the potential value of all the future bookings you have between the dates you have chosen

Note: You need to choose future dates of appointments! 

Things to note:

• The number of future bookings is the quantity of appointments pre booked between the dates you have selected
• The Value of future bookings forecasts the complete value of all the appointments booked between the dates selected
• These figures include VAT

Weekly Future Bookings:

• The weekly future bookings gives you a daily breakdown for the week
• It shows each day with the number of bookings and the estimated value of the bookings for that day
• It then shows the total amount of bookings for that week along with the total estimated value of all the bookings combined

Staff Member Future bookings:

• This displays the number of future bookings per staff member in that period of time
• It shows the potential revenue each staff member can generate on the bookings made 
• It then shows the total amount of bookings for the along with the total estimated value of all the bookings combined for those staff members

Bookings in waiting list:

• The future bookings that are in the waiting list for that period of time
• It shows the days of the week along with the number of bookings in the waiting list per day
• It also shows the estimate value of those bookings 
• It will then give the total amount of bookings in the waiting list along with the total estimated value of those waiting list bookings combined
