As a default, Phorest Commission brackets work in this way. E.g. You get 5% on the first 1,000 and then 10% on the next 1,000 so if you make 2,000 you get 150 (5% of first 1,000 and 10% of 1,000 to 2,000). Some salons like to apply the top percentage to the whole amount if you reach it. So in the above example if you go over 1,000 then you get 10% off everything.
Go to Manager, then Reports
Click on the Staff Section (as shown above) and turn on the payroll report settings. To customise your settings and apply higher commission to the full amount, click on the cogwheel towards the top right-hand side of the page. See image below
Please note when setting up your commission to check it on a daily basis for a few days to make sure it is set-up and working correctly.
