Sometimes you may be asked to remove Phorest from you system, this can be due to a new licence being installed or to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. Please follow the instructions below for the correct system type.
Step-by-step guide for Macs
- Click Finder
- Click Go
- Click Go to folder
- A box will appear, you will need to type the following in ~/.memento
- Press go and a folder will appear.
- Find the memento.cfg file, click it and delete it.
- Now reinstall Phorest from http://www.phorest.com/downloads.
Step-by-step guide for Windows 7/8/10
- Press Start or the Windows icon on the bottom left hand side.
- Double Click My Computer/Computer or Search for This PC (if using Windows 10) ( or press the Windows key and E key simultaneously)
- Double Click Local Disk C/ C:
- Look for the Memento Folder and double click
- Find the memento.cfg file and delete it
