Phorest Chat Notifications
By default, chat notifications are disabled. To turn on notifications, open up Phorest Go, go to Settings > Notifications. Tap the SMS Message toggle.
When a new message comes in from a client, anyone with the SMS Message turned on will receive the notification. Once a staff member responds to a message, they will be the only person to receive future notifications from that client's conversation.
