Step by Step
Go to Manager > Access
Choose the Staff Category to set Access for. (Note you will need to assign Access for each Staff Category you have set up)
Click the Clients dropdown, go to View Completed Consultations. To assign access tick the box
Click the Manager dropdown to go Consultation Form Settings . Choose if you wish to view and/or edit by ticking the box
To assign Access on Phorest Go go to Phorst Go dropdown and tick the Consultation Forms box.
Click Save at the bottom of the screen
To use Digital Consultation Forms pins must be enabled.

Once you have assigned Access and enabled Pins your Phorest Salon Software must be restarted for all changes to take effect
