If you have a multi-site group of salons, then you will have your team members organised in the chain library. One of the problems you may come across in online bookings is that your staff members appear available to be booked online in each location. Although you may want this to happen - often salons just want staff members who work in one location have the ability to go to a different location to cover but don't want that staff member permanently available for online booking there. 

Step-by-step guide

1. In the Staff Members section in the location where the staff should not appear online (not the Chain Library), you can check Hide from Online Bookings.
   
   
   
2. Click Save.
   
   
3. Go to the other locations where you don't want the staff member to appear online and repeat.
