Within Phorest you can manually edit the treat card balance associated with a client. You do not need to have the physical card present to perform this action.

To update the treat card balance simply access the clients' Client Card.

Next click on the Treatcard tab

Once in here, simply click on "Add Remove Points" and adjust accordingly. Ensure you select Save to confirm the changes made.
