Sometimes while trying to run a Sources of New Clients Report you will receive an error similar to this:

This is caused by having two sources with the same name. Here we see there are two sources called Facebook, one archived and one active:

To stop the error from occurring you can simply rename one of the two sources. Here we would edit the archived Facebook to rename it to something like Facebook - Old and the report will now run.
