Within the Phorest system a default credit limit is assigned to every client by default.  This can be amended on client by client basis. 

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to Manager > Settings > General Settings.

Under the General tab you will see an option for Default Credit Account Limit. Please note that this is set to $500 by default but can be changed at any time. 

This is a system wide setting and this limit if changed would affect all customers. 

2. In addition to this setting every client has the ability for a unique credit limit to be assigned to them. For example your more frequent visitors or clients who regularly purchase courses / series of a high value.

This can be accessed on the client card for every client under the tab Credit Terms tab.

Simply edit the clients credit limit and select Save to confirm the changes.
