    How do I make changes to the content of my Salon Branded App?

    Managing the Content of your Salon Branded App

    Your Salon Branded App is synced largely with your Phorest system. This means that you have the maximum control possible over the content of your app.

    Book an Appointment - as with your Online Booking feature, the treatments and services here are taken entirely from your Services list. 

    1. To add or remove services or treatments; on your Phorest system:
      •  Manager --> Services --> Add or Archive depending on whether or not you wish to add a treatment or remove one
    2. To hide an appointment from the App's treatment list: 
    •  Manager --> Services --> Double Click on Service --> Click on the Zanadoo tab up top --> Tick / Untick "Listed on Zanadoo"

    Edit / Rebook My Appointments - your clients' individual service history will build up as they use their app.

    Meet the Team - this section is taken entirely from the Staff Profiles on your Phorest system. 

    1. To make changes to your Staff Profiles:
    • Manager --> Staff Members --> Double Click on Staff Member --> Online Profile tab

    View Our Photos - this image gallery is integrated from the Facebook Album of your choice which you will have selected.

    1. To add / remove images from the images from the App:
    • Go to your Facebook Page --> Select Album --> Add / Remove Image
