Video : Setting the Data Retention period

Step by step guide

Data retention is how long your salon wants to hold on to client data. Click on Manager > Settings.

Note: Its best to check with your insurance company first before applying this setting.

Click on the Client Setup tab. Click the drop down. Choose the time frame you wish to apply. Click Save.

The time setting has now been applied. Any clients who do not attend your salon after this time period from their previous appointment will be automatically forgotten from your software.
