The staff performance detail gives a breakdown on individual staff members Performance in various areas of the business.
Firstly it shows the sales they have generated on Services and products during the dates selected.
Give the Net values, the Vat incurred and a total for each, along with the percentage of revenue on Services against products
Next it gives the individual KPI’s
The KPI’s show...
- The number of client visits made to that staff member.
- The average revenue the staff member brings in per customer visit
- The number of client visits that included a product sale
- The number of visits that the client had more than one individual booking
- The percentage of clients that booked their next appointment on the same visit
- The percentage of client retention the staff member has generated during the dates selected
- The number of new clients the staff member worked with
- The percentage of time the staff member had utilised during the dates selected
- The number of requests that staff member received between the dates selected
- Shows the average rating for the staff member
Services show a rundown of the number of treatments each staff member has done under the heading of each service category
Products shows the number of Products sold under each product brand
