    My client was overcharged for a no-show

    The system does not allow you to enter an amount more than the original booking. The client can only be charged up to the remaining balance of the appointment. So for example@:

    • Your client books a £/€50 treatment online
    • The treatment deposit is £/€1.50
    • The remaining balance will be £/€48.50
    •  If the client no-shows, the maximum amount that can be charged is £/€48.50 
    • Similarly, it is not possible to put through this charge more than once
